I bought my limited edition Kseries RS in the late 80s mine is black with a grey seat black wheels not the marshmallow mags usually supplied on most Kseries Beemers there was only 1000 made 600 in white and 400 in black mine came standard with ABS brakes i can supply a photo if you like it was bought new by myself in the late 80s early 90s from the Australian dealers in Queensland Brisbane and NZ Morgan and wacker in Newstead Brisbane Queensland mine is red and black it's got the red pinstripes
How did you chrome up the muffler? That looks nice. I wish i could detail like you. Mine is a 1985 K100 bmw and in excellent condition. Got the original PAPER work, manual and invoice from original owner with dealership. I got lucky with my bike. I was riding a 1979 honda xr185 before my bmw
beautiful bike, but I prefer the bike that's it's opposite, the LT. The RS is the "race" model, the LT is the total tourer. There's a few bikes in between too.
