I’ve enjoyed watching this series and it’s nice to see the comparisons- if I could of seen the future of barbie I’d have been disappointed in the quality drop in some dolls and amazed at the quality of others 🥰

I prefer text reviews so I ignored all the videos until this one because I was curious about your ranking and it was missing from the post. And my, you have such a sweet pleasant voice! I guess I'll watch some more of your previous videos. Thank you for the insight into this series. I just love themed collections even when I have no personal interest into the theme. My favourite is either the pink one with the champagne ribbon or one of the velvet ones.

Oh, thank you so much! I'm glad you found me here, too! I really love themed collections too, there's just something about trying to find them out in the wild and displaying them out together that is so satisfying. I also love blogs, but at this point in my life I just found doing videos was a little bit easier for me, but I really hope to keep the blog up as well. There are some dolls that I wouldn't bother doing a video review for, but it would be fun to do a blog post about them as well as any crafting I can manage to do! You have really inspired me to begin collecting them. Any suggestions where to get started? I would like to concentrate on African Americans but just because they are so underrated. That kind you so much and Merry Christmas.

Thank you! I would say, collect the ones love first. I found a lot of mine at the flea market, but most of them I found on eBay. I did find that the African-American version in the years going from 2000 all the way up to present seemed to be a little more expensive than the other ones unfortunately, but if you can search under "used" category and buy them out of the box they were cheaper! You could also try amer air and Facebook market place. Buying them after the holidays are over seems to be more cost effective as well! Good luck! They are so fun to collect and they are beautiful to look at during the holidays!
