How To Replace Differential Fluid and Manual Transmission Fluid on Supra with W58 Transmission.
Episode 2 of my MK3 Supra Build.
Replacing transmission fluid through shifter.
I have quite a bit of restoration to do, install a stereo, new shift boots, carpet cleaning, respray.
I will be doing major weight reduction, but try to keep an OEM appearance inside/out. except a 2nd set of wheels that will be lightweight and possibly newer style.
Should I stay with the 7MGE?
1JZ-GTE swap?
2JZ-GTE swap?
V8?
7MGTE?
I love N/A feeling and high revving, but I'm open to suggestions.

Wow man I really enjoyed this episode. I recently just w58 swapped my 2002 L-Tuned IS300 and was wondering how the drain plugs work. Gonna tackle this in the next 10 mins! Thank you for putting this info out there and I love how different of a video this was. The retro style is absolutely amazing!

Gosh....my 1986.5 Supra has almost 190K miles and the differential fluid has not been changed. That means I got to do it fast. Thanks for the clip.

I’m building a 89 NA 7m car as well I definitely want to keep a Toyota I6 motor In mine I was thinking 1j to make the car like it was in Japan but that’s my opinion interested to see what you decide. Do you think I should vlog my build as well? There’s not a lot of mk 3 videos out there.

Toyota didn't put a fill hole on it so you have to take your interior apart! Dummy!

You aren't very smart. They make a bottle that pumps the fluid through a hose so there is no need to remove any of the interior! Don't listen to this guy. He's ignorant! The bottle with hose is super cheap!

It's not any trouble to remove the center console and I was planning to remove the interior anyways, plus I don't like keeping more one-time-use tools around than I need to. That's how you keep a clean/organized garage. Thanks for watching.

@@NARFALICIOUS you must be kidding rather that spending $10 on a plastic bottle you instruct people many that have never tried to fix anything in any interior to disassemble their shift consoles and openly poor oil in a velour interior? Its a lot of trouble! You don't seem to be having an easy time of it in this video even having done it before. People would break tabs, damage connectors, crack their consoles and some would spill the oil on their seats. Like I said, you just aren't very smart and should stop making videos. All you had to do was pump the oil back in the fill hole. None of that! NONE OF THAT INTERIOR CRAP IS NECESSARY NOR INTELLIGENT TO ATTEMPT!

@@jasonskywalker5635 There's no reason to spill oil or damage anything if you take your time which is why I was being careful. I also explained in the video the exact point of why I did it this way. Also, thank you for commenting, it helps my channel out when you do so I will keep making more videos.
