Thank You "chew1047". enjoyed working on this one so much. All tiny details was worth it. Every single bolts, nuts, was polished piece by piece. Lots of comments everywhere on the road where I rode the bike. Behind my helmet I was JOKER SMILE!!! ;-D

shrek sexy Thank you, really appreciate it. Well that was several years ago, but the parts what had to replace didn’t really cost a lot, more effort and time, but was all worth it. The tires, and the replacement parts cost around $7-800 total.

Uncle Quack those came with the bike. And I re-painted them.

Kopi Craftwork , Thanks for getting back to me Im doing my daily rider 2003 model where did you get most of your resto parts? tell you the truth I've been getting mine from who ever has them, Amazon, E-bay, Babbitts for OEM parts and from "KLR.Com" also Once you start restoring a Motorcycle theres hundreds of parts that come into the project.

Hi. After soda blasted all parts, also the engine, used a special heat resistant adhesive primer, and satin black PPG base coat.
