It's a shame the Oilers logo and namesake are an extinct relic in the NFL now. They were one of the few NFL franchises that actually had a name derived from the history of it's city like the San Francisco 49ers or Pittsburgh Steelers. The Houston Texans just don't have the same spirit or originality. Sucks.
The Oilers beat the Browns in Cleveland in the Playoffs in 1988 after splitting the regular season..one win in three games isn't"owning someone"especially if you lose your home playoff game to them
Those guys couldn't cover Slaughter very good. That was Glanvilles biggest weakness. He put them guys out there and they weren't good enough to cover one on one.
@@branden3867 I was at the game too. He didn't groom Deion Sanders. He had 5 interceptions in his first season without Glanville. You obviously didn't watch this game all the way through. Has nothing to do with the running game. They couldn't stop the deep ball.
