This video is of Meepo's Baby Hurricane... The City Rider 3 was an AT board with high assembly completion, agile and flexible movements, smooth power performance, and a decent range. my shiny golden esk8 god, can you please try making an ultra range board? I'm talking battery under the board and between the feet's, but with even more cells than the Exway with auxpack? (there is like 10-20 cells worth of space lost) hats of if you include a link to parts and can find a builder for strange shaped battery packs. in this case, shaped like an upside down "T" some of us needs a lacroix board, but even more hardcore.. (no, waight is not a problem. - it holds you grounded at 80-90kmph ++) info, i live in norway- lots of hills and 0 traffic on the road- im good at speed but need to go longer doing so.
Bought this board directly from Kieran for half the price at IFA. Can't wait to receive it, Guess I'll be the first in the EU to own this board! Great review as always!

The sounds from carvin sound similar to how my Mad Wheels sound when carvin, that soft material, I like the sound!😂 Good range for the wheel size and a good price. 🤙🏼 I enjoyed seein the TSH Pass again bro!! 🤩
Hey bro~ The two DKP trucks were exactly the same truck. Also the same width. Yeah, it sounded similar. However, unlike the Mad Wheel, the responsiveness of the wheel to the ground was faster. And I also love my TSG helmet, I would like to buy another one in a different color if I get the chance.~ :)
안녕하세요. 영상 감사히 잘 보고 있습니다. 점점 전동스케이트 보드에 관심이 많아져 처음 입문을 고려중에 있습니다. 문제는 초보이기도 하지만 지역에 심한 언덕이 상당히 있고 차량의 통행량이 상당하여 이면도로에서 사용이 가능할지 고민입니다. 심한 언덕에서 내려올 때 브레이크 성능은 어떠할지 이면도로의 차량 흐름과 문제 없이 이동이 가능할지 도로의 방지턱, 맨홀 등은 어떨지 등도 궁금합니다. 국내에서 실물과 직접 경험할 수 있는 곳은 있는지 등도 궁금합니다. 즐겁고 안전한 추석연휴 되시길 소망합니다. 감사합니다. ^^
네 안녕하세요.. 말씀하신 장소의 조건이라면 좀 위험할것 같습니다. 전동보드가 다른 전동제품들에비해 실생활용 이동수단으로써의 실용성과 안정성이 떨어지기때문에 저는 주로 취미나 레져용도로 추천하고있습니다. 더욱이 입문자시라면 라이딩용도와 장소에 대해 더 신중히 고려해보시길 권해드립니다. 아쉽게도 국내에서 경험해볼수있는 정보에 대해서는 저도 알고있는것이 없습니다. 감사합니다.
That number is simply the maximum power that the motor itself can produce. To do this, the ESC must send a much stronger amount of current than the current amount. However, the reason they choose large motors is to prevent performance degradation due to heat generation. (A smaller and less powerful motor generates heat more easily under the same conditions.) And top speed is determined not by the power of the motor, but by the number of revolutions, gear ratio, and wheel diameter of the motor. However, If the motor power is strong, acceleration can be faster.
The motor wattage has nothing to do with the top speed and power of the board if it isn’t being supplied with enough amps by the ESC. This has the same motors as the hurricane but it’s ESC offers half the amps, so it’s no where near the power or torque.
@@ESKATEUK That is odd, I was under the impression that they had the same ESC But seriously, can you name another board with 7000W Peak power that can't go 30+ MPH?
@@EverybodyEditsHacks yeah I was disappointed with the city rider, in all honesty the top speed doesn’t matter to me, around 30mph is enough, I never go over that on my hurricane. But acceleration and hill climbing performance is what is important to me. My hurricane pulls me up incredibly steep hills at like a 40% gradient, and I weigh over 100kg. Whereas this city rider hates hills. You need to look at it like this, the motors are massive, and even the hurricane is holding back those 7000w motors. If you was to put a DIY customisable ESC on the hurricane you could get it to go way quicker, but it will shorten motor life. Having big motors like this means that they won’t overheat easily and will last very long. Whereas you could get similar performance from a 1500W motor, like what is on the zealot X, and push those motors much harder, however they will overheat easier and will not last anywhere near as long. Meepo’s use of big motors is a good thing, but the fact on their site they’ve basically made out the City Rider is the same setup as the hurricane is wrong. Only way you can tell is when you look at the top speed being lower and the fact it only has 26% gradient instead of the 40% the hurricane has. It’s a decent board for the money, but not powerful enough for me, especially at my weight.
Most boards have 30-80Amp ESC, and battery between 12-14S. That means between 1300-4000Watt.. So you can't just check the motors number, they mean nothing about the top speed, just waste to have to big motors if they are not used, only more weight to the board.
they cannot f fix the hurricane and making new boards all the time... I hope this one has better quality and charger doesn't burn or the wheels won't break while riding
charging module broke, the metal parts, then battery died, broken rear trucks on speed i had previous board NLS pro -- motor problems, then ESC died because parts weren't covered in silicon properly and finally battery :(
