I was in college in Swansea and watched the field go through Singleton Park. I didn't really realise who I was watching back then!

Yes David nice chap. He started out in the same club as me in Pembrokeshire M C. He deserved to drive in the International scene of rallying.

Much later. There was never any suggestion of cheating on the Celica ST165s, IIRC.

60 tyres even back then they were £80 a corner. That was a budget for the whole year for a clubman

Not the ones R-E-D were using on the Cosworths they were nearly £500 a set of 4 !!!
