@@DavisOffRoad1 I've been trying, I'm on my 2nd lift and still not what I expect, I'm stock length now. See truck that sit how I want mine but no luck for me yet. Will a set of something like 52 front and 56 rear with a say 8 inch lift sit higher then say a stock length set on the same 8? I'm missing something learning these old squares. Guess it would just not sure after everything is relocated, I've heard mixed opinions about the longer fronts/b52 kits. Not many who can build these to daily driver quality and I'm planning to drive the wheels of mine gas station to gas station. Ideally I'd like completely clear 38s no cutting, wheel centered in the wheel well. Don't care if the tire has to be completely under the wheel well, but it's getting expensive doing it wrong over and over I'm about to be starting on my 3rd suspension set up/lift
It’s fine to leave the factory length but unfortunately with 8 inches or more suspension. The arch is very large to clear 38. You’re gonna really need an 8 inch kit to do it properly again moving the Spring location and all of that is great as long as you have the expertise to do that, but it also affects the drive line, angles, and lots of other things that you have to keep in mind.
