I’m a newbie, but looking at a few ‘91 westy’s. Just concerned about the engine failures dew to the coolant leaning into the heads.

This can happen to any vehicle, the Subaru was infamous for failed head gaskets. But most vehicles aren't around 35-45 years for you to hear about their failed head gaskets.
