I just bought a TE, myself a few monhts ago, an e320 wagon, but similar enough. Like you, I have another w124, too a 92 300CE. Interestingly, I get many more comments about my wagon than my cuope. Do you daily drive yours?
Nope, I don't daily mine but I'd agree with you I get comments every time I drive it. I have a 1991 Coupe as well but it isn't on the road yet. hopefully in a month or two. Ill see the difference, but wagons are just cool because you never see them.
Since you see to have more experience than I with W124s (both of mine were recent purchases), let me know if you have any special experience with oil pressure weirdness, because I have some very special weirdness going on!
@@matthewsmith8249 I’m not sure what you mean by weirdness mine all worked I know they sometimes start to fail, replacement should be pretty straightforward. They are located on the oil filter housing (rear left on engine block)
@@neverendingprojects Strightforward if you have little hands and little wrech! Weirdness: 3 bar reading at cold start, followed by a steady drop to zero after full warm up. Needle doesn't bounce.
