Love the body style of the Ford Bronco man the 92-96 Broncos as well as the 92-96 F-series are the best looking body styles ever. I have a 96 F150 with 201,851 miles on it and it runs good and drives good.
You sir, have found your vehicle! unless what you actually want is a subaru. ask yourself this one question... have you ever bought beard cream? A bronco owner will say no... a subaru owner will say maybe.... and make the answer sound like another question...
They were fun times. Especially in high school in the 90's lucky rich kids got the Brand new versions of these and the Chevy K5/Tahoe. Instant pussy magnets. I had an '89 haha
Had a 1994 Bronco XLT. Used to be a police truck, too - not for street patrol but apparently (I was told) agricultural investigations and drug busts. They replaced the 5.0 engine with a 5.8 and also swapped the gas tank to a 44 gallon tank. Great truck, I miss it. Had to sell it during the tanking of the economy back in 2009...and yes, I say I miss it all the time. Shouldn't have sold it!
My grandfather gave me his old white 96 Bronco... After years of stuffing band equipment into small ass cars..its a welcome improvement and a way better car than anything i've ever driven
That blue Eddie Bauer is exactly like the one I owned for 14 years. Felt my heart twinge when I saw it. Drove it out west a couple of times. Had the 351 V-8. Nice cruiser. Sure do miss it. Mitch Banner Linville NC
You know that 5.8 is capable of like 4-500 hp right? without a blower. without a turbo.. EFI, and its a tune. fuel economy goes up with a light foot too.. your 1980, yeah that's a carburetor... and not a holley... The autolite carbs aren't good at anything but maintaining originality. Put that thing in a box, and buy a proper carb. Put headers on it, and get a mild lift cam. You won't recognize it.
or a glove that doesn't seem to quite fit... with his fingers splayed out making it not fit intentionally... while wearing exam gloves underneath.. that trial was a shit show.
@@DuckSongFan buy a cheap Bronco drop a F150 Gen 2 coyote with a 6R80 for around 6K or less depending on miles then a few other things need you can probably get it all under 14K 🤷🏼♂️. You adding 200+ hp and torque.
@@D73GT expect 12, but do your best. A soft foot and you might get close to 18 over a smooth stretch of highway. 18 is horseshit, he doesn't get that over a tank of fuel and varied conditions. Not really, unless he did some tuning. You CAN get 18, but yeah you will need to make some fundamental changes to how the engine eats and breathes. This will take some work. New cam, new injectors, new intake, new headers and big old pipe.. and a new computer with a tune on a dyno. Downside.. that costs a fair bit of coin. Upside, you will be able to hit 18 mpg average, and it will be way more fun to drive with your 400 plus HP.
@@CJColvin 😂 na you kids wished you lived in my time the days V8s and 2 door Sport utility vehicles like the Bronco were standard ask any old timer if you miss the old stuff or like the new stuff we miss the old days but prefer the new Vehicles for handling etc.
@@trwsandford Eh, I still laugh at his hair and his incoherent speeches and interviews. Mans presidency is pretty much a really good episode of South Park.
+Kristof Ferenczi Why you say that man I just can't help my self because I just love the Broncos so much and two who are you calling kid I'm 20 years old.
+Kristof Ferenczi Yes I have seen a power stroke swap in a Ford Bronco on RU-vid before but I've also seen Cummins diesel swap in to old F-Serries trucks as well.
"Adapting your presentation to meet their needs." In other words, BS the customer into thinking that what you got to offer is the best thing that has happened to him lol Car salesmen must be that one group of people that lawyers and politicians are looking at and shaking their heads in disbelief.
How many miles per Bette Midler tape did you get? Do you think the performance will suffer if I replace the stock stereo with a blue tooth enabled one that can play crap from my phone?
Ok I got a bit of a dilemma. I'm in the market for a second hand SUV as winter is coming up. I just found a '93 Bronco Eddie Bauer, all stock for $10,000. I love but I'm afraid everyone will pull out the O.J. Simpson chase story again and all that. Should I go for the Bronco or get something else?
Amazing Swami Yeah thanks. I ended up buying the Bronco after I posted my original comment and I love it. It handled the snow storm from last January no sweat just like my Subaru. Can't wait for winter again this year.
DodgeGuy67 no they arent lol. that was an april fools joke last spring. Ford wont invest in a bronco since they have the explorer. They dont want to make another BOF suv since it's too costly. Unibodies are cheaper to manufacture. Plus, it really wouldnt get as much sales as they would need. The bronco was cool, but a refresh would be lame, and most definitely overpriced.
+Donald V8 do you have a link to that (Like Ford actually saying it will come out)? Because Google is riddled with BS posts about it and "Rumors". You can even see their 2017 lineup and there's nothing about a Bronco on there.
Too bad the new Bronco won't be built on the F-150 platform like before. guess it will please the people who preferred the Bronco II or the first gen Bronco, lol.
Some Southerner When the bronco was 1st introduced it was its own platform it wasn't untill 1978 that Ford made the bronco and F150 and F100 the same platforms.
The new Bronco is supposed to replace the traditional Ford Explorer, which has become a soccer-mom vehicle. Ford SUVs aren't the same like they used to unfortunately
+gatewaysolo104 My 2014 F-150 is 36 gallons! I was paying over $100 to fill up when I first bought it. Now, it's around $50 which is much better. I had a Bronco years ago with the 32 gallon tank and my 94 Suburban was 42 gallons!
I hate how they say the name, with no preceding word. Say the bronco, the bronco, anything but Bronco. Bronco is fast, bronco is cool. Broncos are fast, this bronco is cool. Sounds 10x better doesn’t it?
"murica! Fuk yeah! I love the Bronco! leader and world beater in a class of exactly 2. I love the k Blazer as well. The dodge never seemed trustworthy... might have been its dodgy name.. dunno. I never trusted it.
1:30 "Bronco buyers are generally older males who need a durable contemporary utility vehicle to support their macho self-image" lol doesn't apply to 2024 corporate language.
It’s funny how they ain’t comparing anything to Chevrolet to show why ford is better it’s cause ford knows their trucks suck compared to Chevrolet just go watch the 1984 chevy salesmen commercial video thing
