Nice! I’m waiting for next updates. I’ve got two KONA frames Cinder Cone 1994 and Lava Dome 1998 and wish to build something special on them. Thanks for advises of rust maintain, will be helpful.

Flite, but Turbo may be more comfy on a hard tail I'm thinking. it looks a little more robust. Really like your vids, and products you showcase. The ultrasonic cleaner seems great. Still have to do final setup on the 98 FSR Comp to Extreme build you inspired me to do. Siatica been slowing me down. Hope to share some pics when done. I understand how much effort you put into these builds. Thanks for sharing.

Flite looks better. I've just finished rebuilding a Kona Muni-Mula but unlike your approach, I converted it to 1x and gave it the full bling treatment. I kept the original Magura hydraulic rim brakes on it of course but changed everything else.

I think you are incorrect about the clay. Clay barring with proper lube is not harsh at all for a car or bike. It just removes surface contaminants. If you used something else or a cleaner not meant for clay barring it may be different story.
