1993 Was the Worst Year of My Life 

1993 when Nascar lost two of its star drivers of Kulwicki and Allison, the sport were mourning. I was a big Davey Allison fan and still hurts to this day.

Kenny Wallace has the best personality. Such a genuine soul. Love the channel.

When I saw that Square-D helmet from 2000, I thought of the moment you pushed Dale Sr. to his last win.

As a marine combat vet, listening to the guys you loved as a teenager in the 90s is like medicine , it’s takes you right back to a time before when you hadn’t seen the worst of humanity ! Hi ya Herman 1994 Speed Weeks at Daytona had to be the hardest for me as we lost both Neil Bonnett and Rodney Orr. Neil was such a nice guy, he was like you always time for the fans. I just can't get enough of these videos. This stuff brings back memories for us to. I would take that Squard D helmet over Jimmies any day of the week. Kenny is the same off TV as he is on it. I remember he came to Paducah KY PIR to race. He was there with Toney Stewart, Dale Jr, and Ken Schrader. He was a real personality that Kenny and Ken stayed after the race to give more signatures in the pits.

You were my favorite. I was a videographer for Outdoor South in Alabama. We did a show with Davy Allison, Red Farmer, Tommy Allison and the crew in Orange Beach Alabama. Super nice people. I will never forget that.

I remember the Red Dog car. That was the race at Homestead, with Hermie Sadler and Larry Pearson, wasn't it? I guess that's a bad memory too. I guess Dale Jarrett liked it.

No surprise to me that Jegs loves to sponsor you. Met Jeg Jr at a few NHRA events and he is just as funny and down to earth as you are Herm. Hanging by his Super Comp trailer drinking a can of beer, talking to anyone who wanted to approach him. He could've just as easily been lounging in his pro stock hauler hiding from the fans, but he was hanging out with us "normies" You are both awesome people 🤘

That's one thing I have always liked about you Herm...you tell it like it is...good or bad you say what you believe is right. That's the way I like to hear it. Kinda of like me..you either like it or hate it..but I'm not going to sugar coat it. Keep up the great job your doing on your channel

Red Dog, that's back in the day. I remember talking with you after the race in Phoenix hours after the truck race. back when you could walk around almost everywhere at PIR at night. You and a few folks were hanging out at your truck drinking beers.

Wow...I was fortunate to meet you at the Filmore shop in the spring of 1995. You were running the Square D car then. You were fitting a new seat for the upcoming Talledega race, and took the time to get out of the car and chat for a while, along with a few photos. Thats was really nice of you. I still remember that after all these years.

Kenny you drove for PPC in 2005 and in 2006. You had the stacker 2 sponsorship follow you from Bill Davis Racing when you drove for them in 2004. However Stacker 2 left nascar after I think the Chicagoland weekend in 2005. Which is why you had to run an unsponsored "stacker 2" scheme until you got Oscar Meyer, Whelen and then eventually Auto Zone to sponsor you until the 2006 season ended when they went to RCR and the 21 for 2007. You went to Furniture Row for 2007 in Cup which is why your 22 owners points went to the 14 Busch team in 2007.

I could literally watch hours & hours of Kenny going thru all this stuff. Tony Stewart or Joey Saldana would love to have Jimmie's helmet, especially Tony. Thanks for these videos!!!

We called them jr caution's. You could bet with in 2 laps of jr getting lapped the fantom caution would fly. I think someone counted them over the yrs at like 15 If I remember correctly.. That's a astonishing amount of luck kinda like seeing air. It's amazing how much air you can see when your intake is sucking twice the air it should.

So btw met kenny in the 99’ & 2000 season and i would say he was one of if not the nicest drivers of the time so of course I follow his channel. People never forget and are always watching. Because he was so respectful that’s why I’m here watching his videos. Just remember that people. Your always being watched and rated on character. Also. Tony Stewart has jimmy Johnson’s 7th championship helmet. He’s had it on multiple RU-vid shows. It has DALE EARNHARDT AND RICHARD PETTY ON THE BACK AND SAYS CHASING 7. You can go on RU-vid and look they have photos of jimmy handing it to Tony. Jimmy gave it to him which is actually one of the downfalls of jimmy he didn’t own it so the fans didn’t really acknowledge jimmy for it because the fans like the semi cocky dale Earnhardt style. They want a rock star. Jimmy is so humble it kinda short changed him. But I completely understand why. He didn’t have the serious chip on his shoulder like dale. Dale had daddy issues going back to his child hood that started the dale Earnhardt we knew. Now I met dale several times. I got a different impression of dale. He could be a handful depending on the day and time of the month ahah.

Oh yea Tony Stewart does have the 7th championship one. He’s had it on RU-vid shows. It’s that chasing 7 dale & Richard on the back. Unless jimmy wore two for the race. I know I’m victory lane he handed that one to Tony.

Kenny I'm 52 years old. I've been in construction for 33 years. I worked with a guy that told me when I first started out in my field you have to learn to walk before you can run. I'm sure rusty told you something similar. And look at you today you a legend. I'm successful today because of that guys advice 👍

I looked back to see if you had made an episode on the first race you took over the #28. I didn't know how you felt, now I do. You can't drive with the best driver's and not be one of the Best Drvers like you!

Kenny, I'd loved the tar out of the Nationwide Series, because my Parents helped pay for that Sponsorship by being Nationwide Customers. I still hate Allstate for slurring the Brickyard 400 years ago and you and Bobby Dotter would have lifetimes of Busch Grand National History overlapping and my regret with the Nationwide Sponsorship is having to put a retain the Grand in Grand Nationwide Sponsorship.

Being life long friends with Greg Moore and all of bud's family I sold all of bud's collectibles on ebay with great success still working on the trophy items.
