The only team that has maintained a high standard of football through the years is Mamelodi Sundowns. They have never changed unlike soweto giants. As a chiefs supporter I salute sundowns for flying the SA flag high!
Yes Sundowns carried on with their style of play, I think what made Chiefs loose their style was caused by European coaches who came with their European style of play
I disagree with you, Sundowns were not doing well under the likes of Henri Michel, Johan Neeskens etc, there was a stage they didn't qualify for the Top 8, they only started doing well under Pitso Mosimane until now. They also had seven years of trophy drought and only started to win under Pitso Mosimane.

Remember that the selling out of SA football is and was multifaceted and coincided or concurrently occurred with the selling out of black people by black elitists to their white overseers. Psl and safa sold out to Supersport and everyone became very rich, but the football died, SABC(and Transent, Eskom, SAA etc) are in shambles. @Abonga Velebua I totally agree with you bru wami that's why we never achieve anything internationally because we play a style that is not designed to suite our skill and flair and we play it against opposition that is very comfortable with the style of play eg. In Africa when we play North, West & East African teams we struggle because they are very comfortable with European football hence so many of their players strive in Europe
