So just to clarify, can i run a turbo kit with the bone stock ecu setup? Im planning a turbo build but i just want to clarify this. Is just the wideband o2 sensor, stock vaf, stock ecu, stock fuel pressure regulator, and an aftermarket FMU, enough to run the car alone? In other words, do i need to get the car tuned? Or can i simply install what i listed, adjust pressures etc and then turn the key? Any reply would be much appreciated thanks, and well done on your setup!
Yes! Stock engine, stock ecu, stock FPR, stock vaf. You are tuning the car by choosing the fmu disk ratio, fuel pump, and bigger injectors. You do not have the ability to adjust the timing, so you have to compensate by adding more fuel and running it rich. Shoot for 10-11afr. It says on the graph. :) it's a dynojet dyno. Same one I dyno'd 153/156 at last year. I gained 85whp and 85wtq. True numbers aside, I went to the same dyno so my gains would be as accurate as possible
