It's the 1995, the girls in the video probably have from 12 to 15 yrs, so they are born in the 1983 or 1980. It's 2020, the girls now are young women in their late 30's or in their first 40's, with probably young kids or still hanging around.
Looking back at my school days, I can definitely see how that's a 12-year old. In year 7 and year 8, I remember there being a sizeable fraction of girls that had visual signs of having hit puberty. The one in the video has obviously had her growth spurt but nevertheless, her face does look quite young.
Not even parent's to the 2000's kids... They seem to be 13 in this tape recorded 1995... I would say they're mother's of babies born in 2010s... Grandma you say? You must have the earliest middle age crises on record XD

THE RISE OF KNIFE CRIME AND STREET GANGS SPIKED IN 1995....THERE WAS ALSO ALOT OF RACIAL TENSION AND RUNNING BATTLES BETWEEN THE LOCAL BENGALI COMMUNITY AND RACIST WHITES TOO.
