@@robbo6460 I just picked up a 2000 trooper last weekend and am hoping to sell my 99 passport (rodeo). Unfortunately I wasn't smart and don't have a scan tool. Gentleman told me 1 code for an 02 see sensor. Turns out there's both cats out, two evap codes ( I switched all the vacuum lines so hopefully I'm okay and don't have to drop tank) and thermostat code. It runs and drives great
@@corywilliamsmith I'd worry about the thermostat 1st. EVAP codes are bullshit but I've got a smoke machine so I fix them when I get bored. I just fixed a fuel tank pressure sensor on my 2002 Trooper that was popping up every 2 drive cycles. Good luck with yours. If you need anything just hit me up
Look under the vehicle and up at the bottom of the radiator. If you have 2 smaller lines coming off the bottom and heading back towards the bell housing then you do. If not then you don't.
@@robbo6460 gotcha! Very easy. Changed the thermostat and day later saw that dreaded milky substance in the coolant but I think it's actually stop leak and not oil. I never added stop leak but the radiator is OLD and I now see a trans light when starting it but then it goes off. Love the Rodeo!
