11:28 the pad is supposed to be for static discharge. Touch the pad before you get out and close the door to avoid getting a shock when you touch the handle...in theory. I forget what other cars I've seen these on.
My 95 surf had keyless entry at one point in it's life, the module is located under the drivers seat which has the aerial built in. Unfortunately it's impossible to get the keys and program them in this modern day.
You might be surprised what Toyota has lying around. They did small runs of all sorts of sticker packages. That said, a good sticker company can remake them pretty much identically. You would need measurements and some high quality pictures to use for reference.
