A second Donegal International Rally win was the last thing on James Cullen's mind after a puncture on the very first stage left him languishing down in 21st place. As the the drama played out infront him however, Cullen recovered to head the field on Saturday evening and a controlled drive over the remaining Sunday stages saw him win his home International for the second time, with a 51 second margin over Frank Meagher.
