This is originally based on a fireplace engine. Mine 1999 is red ( supposedly going faster).😎. -front and back end : new bearings, -upgrated breaking system ( braided with new joints and pistons), - Clean, balanced carburetors, - front and back bearings, - cleaned fuel thank and fuel lines, -put a some under belly pan and rear wheel pan, ... . Anyway, she is a 1999 honda engine 600 Cc. I bought it 3 years ago with 21000 miles for £1300. I've spent £500 on upgrading. Today, 12 months a year. She is 40000 miles. Forget electronics, abs, bs. I driving this Lady as long as I keep it safe and running. I know a bike with 120000 miles on it. OK the engine needed readjusted but 120000 miles later same engine same frame. 🤝🤙🙏🇪🇺🇫🇷
@@edvinas4072 Er du norsk? Nice riding position, no issues with my back after hours of riding. A little forward lean on the riding position which makes you more engaged in turns. Which is good.
@@IronTuber727 If you cant find any cheaper option that is close to the renthals in looks and shape, then I guess it would be worth it to get rid of the uncomfy handlebars
Hello mate, When your bike gets hot, do you have any difficulty disengaging the clutch? for example, clutch lever pulled in all the way, and it still engaged making it impossible to get it to neutral?
@@MZMotor95 Hey, damm, i replaced the plates with EBC heavy duty ones, but it's getting impossible to ride for a long time, maybe my brand new clutch cable is the wrong size? or.. the shifter is bent and it bent the rod? Btw what bar end mirrors you rocking, they look sweet! Also @1:03 left side, you should get a bit of wd40 and push that hose right, it can come lose, or get a hole.
@@SmoochieHD It's hard for me to diagnose your issue without actually being there and checking it out in person. I also have heavy duty clutch plates, but clutch should be easy and free to operate. I would check and replace the cable, and if that does not help I would take the clutch apart and make sure to correctly re-install it. Bar end mirrors are xlmoto mirrors, I dont use them at this point because of the bad view. Check out my latest video of the bike to see the mirrors I have on it now. Also, what hose are you talking about? I have made sure that every hose is correctly installed, so I'm not sure what you mean :) Regards
@@MZMotor95 Hey, ofc i was just venting :D The cable clutch is new, the plates are also new ( both installed by a mechanical ) i order a new pedal shifter with rod, if that doesn't help i dunno what to do, im in no position to spend that type of money at the moment. In regards of the mirrors i dont " need " to see, because i dont use them,i always shoulder check, i just want to be " street legal " in my country and those look awesome. In regards of the hose if you pause your video @ 1:04 look to the right of the clutch cover ( the honda cover ) the hose looks like its barely holding in there, but im an idiot regarding mechanic so i could be wrong.
@@SmoochieHD Good catch, but it just looks like that because of the big nipple that also change angle, so its normal :) Clutch cover is on the other side, by the way :)
