1D vs 2D Barcode Scanner - How to choose a barcode scanner in 2021

Are there 2D barcode scanners with laser type scanning or is LED flash a standard requirement for 2D scanning capability?

Hi there. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. I work with students with special needs and they wish to open a small shop in the school. What would you advise to purchase... thats reasonably priced, has software to program individual barcodes and calculate total of barcode scans?

how does 2D barcode display the QR code?

Just bought my eyoyo scanner on Amazon and didnt realize that it was not 2-d. Can 2d barcode scanners scan isbn numbers aswell?
