According to Amazon this works with Mac, but I have been unable to get it to work. Is it compatible and if so, how? I am running Sonoma 14.5 on a brand new Mac Pro. Thanks.
I downloaded the earlier driver and installed the WBF driver. It didn't work. So I found this video and downloaded the 64bit version and it connected to the reader. However, it wasn't recognized by Windows. I was pretty puzzled at this point. I figured I may as well try the original WBF driver. That seemed to work and now I have it set up. This is really confusing, and most people would have no idea what to do.
Whoa the solution are very simple but I didn't know about that, I've been installing and reinstalling many different driver and still can't get to work for hours because I think it's the faulty driver. I am suspicious with the "WBF" at the end because there's 2 computer that got installed with this fingerprint and the one that works doesn't have "WBF" at the end but the other computer had the "WBF" and I didn't know that the solution are just to select the one without WBF in device manager. I install the Star TPS100 thermal printer on the network I install it on a computer on the network and it works normally, when I try to install it on another computer, when I search the network it goes offline. If I try to install it via an app on my Android smartphone with the Star app, when I search for it on the network, it goes offline. Could you help me with the solution? Thanks
Question: I have several of these and the gel pads have faded and now some won't read fingerprints anymore. Do you know of any replacement pads or repair methods that can get these to as new?
using Clover Flex Thermal handheld credit card & its a pain to clean the print head as its very small and tight. Any idea's where to get a replacement print head??
Thank you for reaching out. Isn’t that the point of those printers. They just feed till they’re done? If you need a break you may need to adjust the page size? It could be set to continuous rather than A4, etc.

Also, tried to test your TimeDrop software, but when i click on Start Evaluation period (i forgot the name of the left button when you first open it) it seems like the view with the login form opens for a second and then closes. No process left open, just closes as it.
Sounds like the software was open when the pc shutdown abruptly and it corrupted the user config file. In the TimeDrop playlist, there is a video to fix the configuration file. (You basically delete the user.config file)
