Total nightmare. My cousin's engine was toasted as a result. Once the pump is off and on the table then you become testing dummy. If you have nothing to do and live local to a laboratory then fine otherwise be prepared to make many trips to chase pump gremlins after tune.
Completely agree. I can’t believe this video is still up. Providing wrong information to people who are trying to get their cars fixed. He will destroy your engine. He will steal things, like your TPS, and charge a ridiculous amount. Super irresponsible to suggest him. He probably tried a bit harder for the dude in the video cuz he wanted more customers to steal from.
lolz , the pump was weak needed to be overhauled which he did , so far so good , the pump in question belongs to a 24v engine , i also overhauled my 1hdt pump from the same guy .
