There was a tv show years ago called douche larouche or something and they did a bike that looks exactly like the bike at 5:50. Badass

I have a 2001 honda shadow 600vt and when I hit 75mph the motor shuts down, when it drops under 75 it starts running again. Does anyone know why it does that Could it maybe be a collapsed spring in the head or something like that
