Looks good. I have mine up and running. I know what your cutting here...LOL. I milled mine out of aluminum.

That looks very good! Make you evenso a THC? How thick is the material?

I absolutely do. I wish I had a THC also. JD's Garage is currently working on them.

What compressor to use? I have the viper cut 30i. but it has a problem. It turns on and off, it cuts very badly, what could be the problem? thanks

I have a 5hp 60 gallon compressor. What pressure are you running? If your running out of air, a plasma cutter will never work good.
