The height depends on the depth of the hull and the size of the prop you wanna run. You want your motor level with your stringers in the bottom of the boat. you find your desired height and you hang your motor with a engine leveler and build up to it hard to explain but I use the beer can rule you want your prop to go a beer can length in the boat and a beer can length away from the transom I will explain better in new video

I have to catch up with you one of these days I also own and operate and airboat business A and R performance airboat in White City Florida but to touch on that video you can't make everybody happy you always have that one that no matter what you do will not be happy animal run around s*** talking

Yeah I told him all week b4 we went out to get it legal his fault. I tried to keep him in the video but boat I was running i couldn't go that slow to wait on him I would have burnt to much gas and aircraft fuel ain't cheap 8.60 a gallon I was only doing 1800 rpms and I was leaving him bad if I slowed down any id be in between a plane and using to much fuel from the drag
