Me and my wife went to Hell’s Kitchen back in 2018 and it was a great experience. I had the rack of lamb and other things I don’t remember what I got. 😂 but was able to meet Chef Michelle Tribble from season 17. She actually stayed a bit to have a decent conversation. Wouldn’t mind going back again some day

Yeah if they didn't do the wine pairing it's only $95 per person which is surprisingly cheaper than some pretentious upscale restaurants and steak houses out there
Nope it isn’t really expensive and am cheap 4 meals and 4 appetizers and two drinks 300:00 in Vegas and my friend went to Foxwoods only 170 for two people

Great review. I was just there last week and loved the beef Wellington. I was expecting to hear your thoughts on the sticky toffee pudding but your review seemed to end abruptly. I thought your buddy wearing the hat might have been tossed out for a dress code violation.
I actually ate at a couple of the places that Fieri had on his shows. They both were quite disappointing. I didn't have the highest of expectations, but I expected it to at least be "good." However, that wasn't the case. It was bad enough that I didn't finish eating, and I'm not a picky person either.

The fried basil is so easy lol. Just heat 2 cuos of oil until smoking, drop in the basil and remove after a few seconds. They will turn brighter green and be crunchy.
Ya gotta come to Florida! My boy got a restaurant called king crab and on Thursday it’s $1 for an oyster ! I run thru at least 2 dozen at a time. And you can get them steamed with the seafood boil sauce !
It not actually a Hells Kitchen, but Ramsey has a restaurant in the Caesar’s casino in Atlantic City that is pretty good. But as a local I think it’s over rated.

The Wellington is the star of the show, as expected. As for the meatballs, they are pretty much the same at most upscale/fine dining restaurants. imo, they taste better without the sauce and cheese. When they initially cook them and bring them out of the ovens, they are delicious. For orders, the cooks will take the prepped meatballs out of the cooler, heat them up, put on the cheese/sauce, garnish, etc.
In restaurants they have to average out the spices, salt, etc because some people have a low tolerance for those. That's why they have salt, pepper, etc. on the table. Everything tastes different to everyone else.
Gordon Ramsey branding game is off the chain, shout out to all the season winners of Hell's Kitchen. And as always shout-out to Daym for a SUPER OFFICIAL review!!!
I have heard the same thing about the potatoes at other Ramsay restaurants. My expereince also the potatoes were cold and also the Wellington was luke warm. Tasty but not very hot.
I was told that the food was not that great. Especially considering it's Chef Ramsey's restaurant. While in Vegas, we tried to get in, and it was booked every night we were there. Must not be too bad🤷🏽♀️
I’m glad they got a good Wellington lol When I went to “Steak” in Las Vegas it wasn’t that great. Maybe 6/10 at best. Everything else was spot on. Risotto was on point. But for a 520 meal for 2 people + tip, felt his steak restaurant was overhyped. Fish and Chips is solid and a great price. I had the fish my first time and chicken tenders next time and both were on point.
Thank you Daym for being honest cause when I tried they food it was the worst no seasoning dry and small portions for the price nah . I went to the one in Vegas I'll never go again
Went there for my birthday last year! Beef wellington and everything else was nasty, except the sticky toffee pudding. You're absolutely right about Guy's food NASTY!😅
Let me take a second and talk about this man's beard. That white strip has fully emerged, and it's awesome. I'm about Daym's age, with the same size beard, and my white chin is there too. Respect.
