Thanks, Dark. It takes a while but I'm getting faster at it the more I do it. The other day I was editing a video (the first game in the 3-game series against Rocks), I was on the final round and the files corrupted. I spent hours just trying to recover the data. That's why it ended so abruptly haha. So there are definitely setbacks here and there but overall I'm having fun and I am blown away by all of the support from y'all.
Thanks, Elixir. I don't know what it is but I think moving away from carry Mustangs every game took a little bit of adjusting and now I'm starting to learn how to win games without having to go Mustangs every time.
Thanks for the comment, Gabriele. I appreciate your support! I think a lot of people would agree with you about the missile. I think the consensus is to limit the amount spent on temporary funds to have a better economy going forward. And that makes total sense. I'm going to push back a little though. And this is just my opinion, of course. I spent 50 supplies and ended up taking out 300 supplies. The game only lasted six rounds, and it was round two, so 300 / 5 rounds = 60 supplies, meaning I have a net gain of +10 supplies compared to my opponent. Additionally, it also led to an easy win in that round. I ended up doing 904 damage to his health, largely because of the Sentry Missile. And I also denied him XP to his units across the board due to it being an easy wipe for that round. So, I spent 50 supplies to: - hit my opponent for 904 damage - deny XP - remove 300 worth of supplies off the board for that round Obviously, I can't tell the future. For all I know he could have had a squad of fangs in front, in which case the results would have been much different. That being said, the value I would have gained from those 50 supplies if I saved them, to me, pales in comparison to the damage I did and the pressure I applied--because another benefit is that he has to be mindful of future opportunities I might look for and plan accordingly. That's just me, though. I could be totally wrong. 😄
@@WhoopedGG you are right it's also a matter of playstile, I personaly like to never use missiles until the round where i think i might win cause my opponent might not consider a missile from me at that point
