Sir --I have a 2010 Q5 2 TFSI -it started misfiring etc -your video was perfect to enable me to confidentally replace 4 Fuel Injectors/Plugs/Coils/ and HPFG --All I can say is THANK YOU --a no nonesense and none ego (ie too much face on camera) presentation
that reference manual has been exceptionally handy - thanks so much for posting it. Wow, I just re-watched this because I am going through my '13 B8 A4 CAEB motor and I had a ticking that I suspected was a lifter, turned out to be intake on cylinder 2, this was a great memory refresher on the placement of the cams - and went with the slime D154 103 A1 $80, wow that is liquid gold. Great video and I would love more stuff on intake, upper head and suspensions on the B8 platforms. Great video
I came here just because of the exhaust cam issue and this solved exactly what I needed, thank you. 😬😂 fellow naptown technician that just started doing a lot of work on Audi/VW’s and I love your content!
I love the VAG Quick Reference Spec booklets... the SSP's & actual service manuals . Once a year, I buy a 24hr subscription and download all the new stuff / or items I didn't get to in the past. Finding time to read all the PDF's... that's another story!
Thanks for the video! Working my first A4. Rebuilding the head. I have dozens of VW and one A3, which was almost identical to the vw. Thanks again for all your videos!
Hey NaptownTuner. Great videos, not only informational, funny as well lol. Much appreciated. If you would make a complete video step by step how to replace the leaky Anaerobic sealant! I really would like to see the proper way of fixing the timing related parts before you remove all 22 bolts and & pull up the cam tray so it does not mess up the timing; rockers/camshafts etc. And how and where you apply the Anaerobic sealant around the parameter! And finally, show putting back the cam tray and torqueing sequence and how much! I would really appreciate it!
