The Aventon Level 2 can be unlocked on the control pad to go 28 mph on peddle assist. This could help motorists show some patience if taking a lane in a 25 or 30 mph speed zone. But it does reduce range. Great bike!
Wow nice language for a review. Also the guy on electric chair scooter had no choice but to ride on the road since your town has no sidewalks or bike lanes for him to get to and from the store. Be a little kinder. Also you yourself have a right to ride in the middle of car lane but I would advice just because you are legally allowed to that it’s not the smartest choice. You can be right about your entitlement right into the ambulance as they scrape you off the road. Remember cars are not used to cyclist and no matter how much you think this is wrong you are the one taking the risk not the car. As the car vs bike the car will always come out with a scratch and you will end up in a meat wagon. Unfair as that seems it’s the truth. Be a little less aggressive you will live longer.

Roads were built to accommodate larger vehicles, but in reality roads are mean for EVERYONE. A mobility scooter is not a vehicle under Ohio law and cannot be operated in the roadway. There is a sidewalk available to use, and it's not too far away from this location. I am much more likely to be hit by a car if I stay to the far right, as a pose to riding in the center of my lane, where I am actually much less likely to be hit, and I am much more likely to be seen, so motorists can slow and adjust their speed accordingly, and change lanes to safely pass. Go learn about it.
I correct myself, mobility scooters can in fact, be legally operated upon the roadway. I had always thought they couldn't be ridden in the roadway legally. My mistake.
@@pixxadrum9026 as I already said were you crossed paths with the guy with the electic wheel chair there was no sidewalk for the guy to use. If I was in a car driving I would be far less worried about the wheel chair guy then dealing with someone like you. The way you handle yourself is why so many cyclist are hated on the roads. Me I road raced for many years and averaged 400to 500 miles a week and was never dumb enough to challenge cars the way you do on the road. Doesn’t matter if it’s the law as piece of paper doesn’t mean squat when a 2 ton metal thing hits you like a hockey puck and sends you to your maker. The way you speak is ugly and nasty and there is no reason for it. This was supposed to be a bike review. Turned out to be a lesson how not to behave and very little about the bike itself and more about an angry entitled guy being a danger to himself and others with little empathy for a old handicap guy trying to get to the store on his electric wheelchair because he has no other option. Honestly I got more respect for the guy in the wheelchair as he at least tried to stay on the right side road to not get hit or cause an accident to himself or others.
