It was a 308 ss blank my Smith had on hand from a project another guy never followed through with. It is cut to 18.5" and has a recessed target crown. It's in my safe atm but could look at who made it next time I'm juggling rifles around.
I am planning to get this Bushnell Engage scope for my 243 rifle (for hunting)..What are your thoughts and suggestions on this? Is this a good scope for low light hunting?

Those Speer 165gr btsp are great bullets. No one uses them but I love them. Every 308 I've ever loaded then for have shot them very well in fact my old AR10 they were the most accurate out of everything I've tried. Also very good hunting bullet for longer distances
