One of, if not the best small house design I have ever come across on RU-vid. Amazing structure, and will love to build this type of house in my country home.💖
The bed rooms need to be larger and you definitely need storage room for vacuum broom, mop suitcases also furnace room water heater and so on. For colder climate you defiantly need a closet for coats and boots near the entrance. All that said. Very nice design. Bright and airy.
totally agree. it fails in cold climatesas u ponted out plus pinoys (filipinos) know if a warm climate need to have a large area to socialize covered from the sun. also there it's never a good idea to place the kitchen close to the living area since the smells, bugs, etc will be a problem - in the back where the laundry is would be better and with a door to isolate. impractical as is almost anywhere but the software makes it look nice.

The floor plan is simple and straightforward but the dimensions are too confining. You can reside there simply enough, but you can't live there comfortably unless you're alone and the second bedroom can function as flex space. But I'm pretty sure that bathroom, though functional, will feel inadequate, none the less, and storage is at a serious disadvantage. But I like the "look" of the place.
Love it but the only things missing for me are a bath in the bathroom, I recently had my bathroom done and had the bath taken out, worst idea ever! Also, if I ever moved again I would like an ensuite to a master bedroom, bedrooms here are quite tight, I guess that's because it is a tiny home. Apart from that I could see myself living here and would also have the house extended into the garden, kind of taking the inside outside to make the living space feel bigger. Mind you, I live in the UK and with our weather system, it wouldn't be used to it's full potential!

You'd have to be a Minimalist. You could use a smaller coffee table in the living room. A two seater table in the kitchen with option to add 1-2 chairs when needed. I agree the bedrooms need to be a bit larger perhaps a small bump out wall.? Perhaps a Murphy bed? Day bed with trundle? I think it could work nicely for the right person
Why do you have a graphic on the cover photo that says 'free floor plan' and then a disclaimer ehre that says the plans are not available for sale? I'm confused.
i've seen "shipping container" houses, houses made out sheds, houses on wheels, prefabricated houses that unfold and about every small house configuration imaginable. even with lofts and two bedrooms. and guess what? i STILL can't afford it. there's no one i can talk to, to get info on any of it. there's no local "small house" adviser or store i can go to. 75 aq feet is all i need. its about the size of my present apt. from prices averaging around 15k, i have the money to buy one RIGHT NOW! but all the extra, hidden costs brings that up to about 75k OR MORE! so, i'd love to buy one of these houses. but as with all capitalism, i'm NOT ALLOWED! go figure!

Not sure where the praises are coming from but this house is claustrophobic. There's absolute no room to move about without tripping over something except for the kitchen and if you're slightly overweight, there isn't anyway you're going to fit at the dining table. The coffeetable takes up the entire living room. The beds which appear to be 3/4 beds are squeezed into an area small enough to be considered a closet with no way to change sheets or bedspreads. There's about 6 inches between the bottom of the bed and the built-in whatever and barely 12 inches between the side of the bed and the closet doors. Sorry, I disagree with the majority of you . . . this house may have a decent design but it's way too small.
