Man, I use to drive these two locations as a kid and I’m telling, it never use to look like this, it was rough looking, more like an industrial road. Riverdale park is really close to college park and they just expanded it. As for Hyattsville, that location for the townhouses are ridiculously getting high.

As a person that lived in Riverdale Park the community is great, there is a near by store that me and some friends call “Dums” and this also another store right next to it that is also owned by the same person, every time you pass by that store you smell fresh bacon and other kinds of food when driving, Riverdale Park also hold many different events at the near by museum house inside the neighborhood, they can hold Jazz events, picnics, and sometimes give tours around the garden they have, also in the fall the museum house keep their gates open whenever it’s snowing since they have this huge hill to go down, many people go there. There is also a park in the neighborhood that I made many memories, people play there for soccer, basketball, and other, sometimes people even hold some small party’s, but there is more other than the park, its the long trail that they have, I loved biking at that trail since you get many sight seeings and burn off some calories. The people you get to meet are really kind(coming from my perspective). I really made many memories since it was my childhood and thats how I made multiple friends, but of course there were some hard times but just looking at the good side of it; it was great. I was completely surprised when this video reached out to a our neighborhood, and I also completely agree to this video.
