For anyone wondering blue rag and billy goat are not very hard tracks to do in the dry. Did them both a month back in a stock unlocked n70 hiluxs no worries. Have actually went up billy goat 3 times this year in the luxy🤙

Agree. Only came here to say definitely not change ya undies steep at all, I’ve done far steeper in other Vic Forrest’s. In my opinion it’s also got more grip in the wet. Done it both directions… it’s a walk even unlocked with momentum here and there with cross axle.

Boys, Pro tip, chuck a plastic bucket like an old paint bucket or something in the bin bag, just pull the bucket and tip any leaky beer tins don’t make the bag all gross or drip when you pull it out 🤙🏼, not sure on size I have a 20L bucket in my TJM bin bag works a treat it also stops the bag from collapsing and sagging too🎉

Awesome video on the high country. Did billy goats in September in my R51 with no lockers, was hard but didnt need to which. Dry conditions definitely make a world of difference.

Glad to see you boys out and about in what is almost my backyard. Billy Goat Bluff track is definitely worth the drive for the views but there are so many steeper and harder tracks in the VHC. Hopefully next time you can stay for a couple of weeks.

love the video, go 4wding lots, some very tricky and hard stuff, once we got stuck on the hill for 12hr, we had to winch all the way up, and it was only like 600m, with 3 cars.

Lads thank you all so much (& thanks to all your partners, kids etc!) For sharing this with us. This area has been on our list for many years but we've never quite gotten there. We now have a rescue pup & we're pondering if we could take her with us (national parks etc I guess...!). The rugged terrain, natural beauty & stunning waterways is what makes this area so special I reckon - no matter what the season (& imagine it in winter phwoarrr!). Big thanks folks 🙏 🙌 ✌️

Be VERY CAREFUL travelling in the VHC with a dog, the fuckers bait, i think with the dreaded 1080, one signs around, but keep your pup on a lead and in sight at ALL times. As it's a NASTY CRUEL DEATH 😢😢 best do a bit of research first.

I love the channel !!!!! Watch all the 4wd RU-vidrs but this is by far the best. Love the choice of music, the drone shots are great and the little bits of comedy is awesome. Only point to watch wheelin a Raptor is the wide track. Easy to rip the arse out of a sidewall if you get careless, otherwise no drama wotsoeva.

Loving the content you guys have put out this year with all the guys! Ps, how good is that OT RTT Tj 😉 After the wet season it would be mint to see a trip to FNQ - a lot of places up here could do with a visit, to show people that even though the floods were bad, its still worth a visit! I paused the vid at 11:30 and took a screenshot and thats now my background. Honestly amazing footage! I really apprieciate the time it takes to find a good angle and have everyone stopping and starting all the time but so well worth it.

Me thinks if you can fit your fingers in the gap between guard and door, then probably bent chassis rail. I did a similar jump in an F100 and bent the rails. Reckon Buffalo Range track is every bit as good as Blue Rag. Stunning views, roller coaster drive and twice as long as Blue Rag. And it has sections where you can camp, unlike the Rag.

You guys should go to Gordon country you can’t camp on the hills but the campsites there are absolutely buitiful there’s some cool and tuff tracks there and the scenery is immaculate.

Geez boys where was the phone call. I was just down the hill near Omeo 😂. It’s interesting to see people tackle terrain they’re not use to. I’d struggle a bit on the beaches of Frazer but tracks like billy goats I’m very comfortable on

how many kms are on your np300? I am thinking of selling my Dmax for either a new np300 or a 2017-2021 np300. What are your personal thoughts of the nav? Should I look at other brands of 4wds. ie- Triton, hilux around the $40-45k mark.

Hi Mac I have a chopped 200s 900mm extension and with my camper on gets up to 4.5T it still has a std diff housing under it. I would like to build a custom housing or strengthen a std one for it. Can you guys point me in the right direction.
