I would love to hunt Coues one day, but have been tied up in the max point pool for deer for decades. What season were you hunting? It would be encouraging to know nice bucks like these could he taken on easier to draw tags.

Glad you weren’t using that 300 mag. Not that you couldn’t but it’s preferable to have burger and steaks in packages and not on the hillside. 😅 was that the 6.5? It’s a shooter. Was shooting my buddies hitting an 8 inch target at 1140. That’ll do. Sweet buck guys.

Long range shooting, optic choices, threats to our hunting rights in Idaho and different stats, what's new in the hunting world.

It's been a tough season, with some tags left unfilled. This hunt was a good way to end the tour with three good bucks. I've enjoyed the tour and always look forward to each episode. In fact it seems like Icon Tour 2024 just got going and it's over already. Thanks for sharing your videos with the rest of us.
