Oi oi you got some air horns! Be careful with then though mate as anything over 2 tone is illegal, I have 5 tone dixie horns (I beeped them at you after saying hello a while back when you was picking a car up in hassocks) and I beeped them at some guys in shoreham and then I got stopped by a marked x5 😬 but yeah go careful 😂

What a great two day video shoot from Kev. I do agree that it was very sad to see "Sid the Almera" come to the end of its life on the road. It would have been nice if it had gone to someone else to put back on the road and use it. Keep up with the great work as always Kev Tee.

The gold colour on the Mk1 Fabia only lasted about 12 months, very few people went for it. Mind you, the really iffy colour was 'Fantasy Green', all I can say is that if your fantasies are that colour you have a really big problem as its a particularly billious pea green. They were a super little car, I had a black 1.9 SDi (no turbo - 63 bhp if I remember rightly). I put 135k on it in 3 1/2 years teaching people to drive, then gave it to my daughter as her Fiesta had a serious case of body rot (didn't they all). She traded it in on a new Nissan Micra (there's no accounting for taste) with about 205k on it. The only real issue was a new steering rack on the last day of the three year warrantee because of a split boot. The dealer reckoned it was easier to put a new rack on than to replace the boot. Mind you, I was a good customer with 4 services a year! By the way, going back to an earlier video, the correct way to pronounce the name is Sh-cod-ah. The S has an accent which makes it an Sh sound and the vowels are short. I was also under the impression that musical horns were made illegal to be sounded on a moving vehicle at about the same time that number plates became reflective, so about 50 years ago (not long after I started driving). Keep up the good work.

Suspect theres been a bit of miscommunication with the Almera... It's been in constant use every year throughout the MOT history, and failed on 2nd September due to rear end corrosion. 🤔 It expired on 13th September, maybe that's where "13" came from 🤔

At least the Scania is "clean" enough to drive into the Bath LEZ! I got stung with a £220 penalty charge for blindly blundering in with my `05 Daf LF150 when going to Truckfest Malvern! I have refused to pay on the grounds that it is a privately owned and operated vehicle used for my vintage tractor hobby. I haven`t heard back yet but I`m not holding my breath that I`m getting away with it!
