What helped me instantly with my corner speed was switching from a KTM to a YAMAHA. Not a bash or a promotion of either brand as I love them both! Really just an observation and a realization of where I could improve. When I switched from Brembo brakes, that were awesome, to the Nissin stock brakes on my Yamaha (not as responsive), I realized my corner entry speed was lacking. The bike couldn't/didn't stop as quick and I realized my entry speed could improve and I could then push and trust any bike more.
Your experience right there is proof of the benefits of elimination drills! Clutch, brake, etc. Cool to hear you find improvement on one make vs the other!
Hard to believe Josh would ever "officially" switch to 4 strokes full time haha! We've just spent this summer doing lots of comparisons and taking advantage of bikes in their appropriate disciplines!
