Air Fryer Sausage and Peppers
Ingredients
Applegate Fire Roasted Sausage, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
2 tsp olive oil, separated
Cauliflower rice, prepared in packaged
Combine peppers and 1 tsp olive oil in a bowl.
Air Fry at 360 for 10 minutes.
Combine sausage and olive oil in bowl.
Add to Air Fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Serve over cauliflower rice.
Air Fryer Italian Sausage Recipe:
4 Italian Sausage links
Sola Hot Dog Buns
Mustard and other various keto/low carb condiments
Place Italian Sausage links in Air Fryer Basket Air Fry (or air crisp) at 360 for 10 minutes.
Open lid (or pull out basket).
Using tongs. Flip. Close lid (or place basket in air fryer)
Air Fry (or air crisp) at 360 for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with a hot dog bun and low carb condiment.
