Joke aside, I find that the perfect combo for me is : Day 1 : pull ups + dips Day 2 : inverted rows + pike push ups (or HSPU) Thanks for your no-nonsense videos ! 🔥🙏

Close grip overhand pullups superset with Gironda dips are a penitentiary favorite, 10 to 20 sets of reps to failure, throw in plyo pushups and and it'll certainly get you yoked.

I don't like pullups. I've just being inverted rows and defecit pushups, squats, neck curls.
