Thanks man! I’ve got some wicked orchestral samples that just sound crazy good through any pedals if you tinker a bit, I’ll always try to do at least one orchestral sound per vid.
This pedal needs a dual mono mode: delay to output a, reverb to output b. Delay for the main signal, shimmer reverb through a separate amp. That way, you could use a splitter in front of the Specular Tempus, to add an overdrive to the delay and a volume pedal to the shimmer (both have to be in front of the delay or reverb...)
Very impressive demo! I was already sold on this pedal but your video really fleshed out some of the unique, outlandish sounds you can get from this pedal. Good job! Just subbed!
Actually with the infinite option you have to press and hold down both of the footswitches and it takes a snapshot of what you are playing and sustains it infinitely
Got last one from music store . Really amazing. Whats up gfi? Discontinued? Mk2 on the horizon? Only gripes: delay time too short. Cmon , just 1sec? , midi sync finnicky. Very small gripe: its too beautiful. never sounds harsh , mean. Do a sterile algorithm. Do i have to get an h9 as well for that?
Great demo, I’m a fan! Could you share some of the settings you use? These pedals are all about experimentation but it would be great to have some great sounds to start with.
Thanks mate! Sorry I don’t really have my settings anymore, I didn’t really start with presets as much as just dialling up a sound on the spot . As much as you can tell from the demo is as much as I’d be able to remember now I’m afraid.
Ponderer Sounds cool :-) you should be arrested though, my bank account was safe and now here I am scheming on how to buy this pedal, all because of you
Do you think this pedal can be used for gigging with a cover band that plays a lot of different music? Can you get some more classic delay sounds out of it to be stored as presets you can easily switch between in a live situation? :)
There are a handful of combos you can choose, off the top of my head I can’t remember any specifics, it’s been a while since I played with the Spec Temp.
