Yep ROID Rage definitely is a serious problem. Broward Sheriffs office, Broward county FL - Frank Maio - serious roid rage. 4 victims in his history in the 1990’s - nobody to stop him- hate to see his records now of excessive force.
Check every ticket that they’ve ever written and reimburse the person, because who’s to say if they were ever truthful when writing tickets after this.
@@Executiveinvestments- awe is your boyfriend a cop. Bet u wouldn't be saying the same of u were one of the people who got multiple fraudulent tickets in one day.
Absolutely right. When ever I see someone do anything dishonest, no mater how small, I know that they probably have the mindset to do much worse things. If these officers were willing to do this to innocent people, its very likely that they could have done things much worse. Given time they would get more and more emboldened to do worse and worse things. I hope they find out everything these guys did that was illegal and charge them for every crime they committed.
@@Executiveinvestments- so holding criminal behavior accountable is "the dumbest thing"? Even though you don't appear to understand the difference between proven and "proved" why do you think your opinions mean 🤏🤡💩
@Logan Hughes Good God how dumb are you? Making accusations in your own mind over a report form the news. You know any facts? And Trump? No Biden and the dems encourage cops to NEED to break laws because they are taking away their pay. Trump was the best president in decades. But keep hating on cops because they make alot more money than you do broke boy. Keep flipping those burgers loser.
Qualified immunity protects them from civil lawsuits oh, they're given the opportunity to resign so that they can go to work in another city, town, or state no one is held accountable.
@@theksheedz6185police officers can’t get sued personally just the department. Which does NOT mean that they can’t get criminally charged, so it’s a good thing.
Cops won the right to restrict the IQ of new hires to 105. That is why their average IQ is so low. Smart people are less likely to blindly follow unconstitutional orders. The national average IQ of cops is 104. Think about it. An IQ of 80 is borderline retarded.
@@canucanoe2861 I believe you. The requirements to become a cop in Miami/Dade are HS diploma (OR GED) and be 20 years old (as long as you are within 6 months of turning 21 when you join the academy) and be able to pass a background check. That's it! I used to teach GED many years ago. Let's just say I wasn't seeing the cream of the crop in my classes.
Where have you been living, Fantasy Land? They are above the law.. They're already out of jail.. They will be working as cops in a neighboring town by the time they get driven home from the jail..
What gets me is that a judge signed those warrants which is how the driver learned of these tickets. So is the judge in on it too or just too stupid to not noticed 17 tickets a day with just one driver?
And they must not be the sharpest tools in the tool shed. 18 tickets to one person in a single day is what the video said. They might as well have been asking for a giant spotlight to be shined onto that situation.
When the judge signed the warrant didn't they not noticed the discrepancy in how much tickets that person got in a single day? That would have been an automatic red flag from the getgo.
HOW STUPID COULD THEY BE!! Did they think these people were just going to pay these 22 tickets without questioning it? They need to erase any traffic ticket people had to pay and or was convicted of in court that these officers were connected to. They can't be trusted.
Do you honestly think that if these people had challenged the tickets in court that the judges would have paid any attention to their claims of innocence. Nah
Exactly. The same goes for the reported rate of domestic violence being 40% for cops. You know that it is more than 40% because domestic violence often goes unreported.
I guess they wanted to use that extra time to workout in the gym and not sit in their police cars looking for speeders. Now, they have plenty of time to workout at the gym.
When they do dirty, I don't think that they have to pay back the overtime. I'm fairly sure that hundreds of millions are paid to rogue LEOs who pad the clock, all over the United States. It also factors into their retirement calculations in many jurisdictions. *"The United States is dying a death of a million paper cuts."* The USSR keeled over for want of money...
@Troy Z Well she was. Incurring fines and possible jail time due to the fraudulent actions of police officers does us all a great disservice. What don't you two understand about that?
@Troy Z Apparently you do not have comprehension skills. No where in my comments did I mention anything about long jail sentences. I said that people were hurt by the officers' fraudulent actions. Have a good day.
Power given to people like law enforcement should be analyzed at all times. This is what happens when power is given to an individual they get " power drunk."
Muscle Dee and Muscle Dumb need to be made an example of so as others that have that fake sense of superiority think twice before engaging in tomfoolery.
Somewhere in Massachusetts the police chief was locked up for cheating his way to the top. There's a pattern just look at police incidents over the last few years. You can't do what they do no matter how much you try to emulate them. Reminds me of the movie glory.
These are fall guys for a much bigger problem . We have to ask . Why are these cops writing fake tickets in the first place ? I doubt these guys did this because they like to give out tickets for fun. They just became sloppy and lazy 16 tickets and then another 8 the next day is crazy and couldn’t be denied any longer . They need to find out what other complaints have been made concerning other fake tickets
Because they have a quota. Former officers have been saying it forever, they get blackballed for pushing back and refusing to arrest/ticket innocent people, but depts keep insisting there's no quota.
So they really thought no one would notice and complain about a ton of bogus traffic tickets?? And then so stupid as to use the same person’s info for EIGHTEEN in one day?!
E Xx _or_ to Miami Springs, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, or Bal Harbour.... Are you from that area? I used to live in Hallandale Beach. That was back in the 1990's, though. I loved it back then, but I've heard it's gotten 'bad' down there now. (regarding crime, etc...)
@@morganjanelle4282 Miami Springs is a disaster. I believe that Bal Harbour had its chief indicted about 10 years ago but I think the department there is ok now, its a tiny department, but its a very rich town. Don't know much about Miami Shores or Biscaye Park but they are rough areas. I know there were some police corruption issues in Hallandale and Hollywood years ago. Hollywood has had quite a few murders and gang violence for the last few years, im sure that is probably true of Hallandale beach as well, considering how close they are to each other. By the way Miami Beach is pretty bad now, I know it was bad in the 1990s but not too bad, it got better for a while, but now its not so great. I'v been all around South Florida for the last 20 years, Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Everybody that was targeted with these fake tickets should get a lawyer and Sue the police department plus the police chief needs to resign if he doesn't realize what kind of men he's got work for him that means he's either in with them or he is not fit for this job
I had a bar in the 90s where some off duty cops went to drink and almost always at the end of the months they talked about this, I think that at the end of months they have to give more traffic tickets in one way or another, I think that's how they earn more money.
@@stevenramrodd1226 I had friends who became traffic cops in Soledad California. It’s not quota . Only way to move up is busting traffic offense turning them to Felony fast way for promotions
Somthing weird about this why were they that stupid to give one guy 18 citations in 1 day and 6 the following day? Sounds like somebody had a grudge and was acting out of retaliation or revenge. Surely that was the one that got them caught. If this is their MO then any case they were involved in needs to be reviewed.
And to think it only took them 40 years. At least that's how long its been since I got my very first fake traffic ticket at 16 and it was from the Hialeah police. Too bad I was too young and clueless to know I could fight it. They've been corrupt for a very long time. Wow, I remember when Louis was first starting out as a reports in the early 90s. He came to speak to our TV production class. I barely recognized him.
The funny thing is that the way people drive in South Florida there was no reason to write fake tickets, there are plenty of traffic violations committed by drives for them to wight all the tickets they would ever want. I have seen multiple cars run red lights right in front of police cars and not get pulled over. I have watch tons of drives fly through school zones. I have seen a lot of drivers drive recklessly endangering other drivers. I have seen many cars fail to stop at stop signs, fail to yield, drive in the emergency lane, and speed at way above the speed limit and never get stopped. How pathetic that they had to commit crimes by writing fake tickets instead of doing their jobs and righting real tickets to drivers who endanger other people. The only good thing is that they caught these two now before they did something worse. I hope the put these two in jail, but I don't think the charges carry much jail time.
They say there are some good police officers & i believe that, but i don't believe they're perfect, so they can't be 100% trusted either . Those two were definitely not good police officers . Imagine the things they did that no one knows about ? ! I'm glad they're no longer police officers . We don't need their kind because they wasn't there to protect & serve .
A lady and her pig dirty cop husband defrauded my grandmother. Elderly exploitation. The courts did nothing. Because the lady had her sign everything. 🤦🏻♂️ true story
They do this to Black people all the time. I got one and i didn't even own the suv anymore. A black person is the owner now & said I was driving it. I was 7 states away, lol in church.
Yes and not only here ! I payed 3 B*ll S*it tickets in SanFrancisco ,Ca. because I worked and had to travel pass those punks daily till I transferred ....

Yeap. Their integrity as a witness is destroyed so everything they have done, every arrest they made, every ticket they wrote, every piece of evidence they have seized, every statement they have made could now be thrown out. Convictions can be overturned and the city can be sued for other tickets issued by these two criminals. A dirty cop is a disaster for the public and for the good cops who have to clean up their mess.
Every ticket given In the last 5 yrs should be Removed from everyones record an they should be reimbursed any money spent on the ticket or lawyer fees..
You can imagine what they would do to issue tickets. if they are not writing tickets in front of the computers, they are out there issuing unnecessary tickets by falsely accusing drivers. Just so wrong!
They should be fired , Also all Law Enforcement certifications revoked . Take their Badge & Gun. No transferring to another State, City, Village of Precinct in the continental United States. They are a embarrassment to all of Law Enforcement.
Their previous police records need to be closely reviewed. If they did this when they were too lazy to get off their bikes can you imaging what they've done when they were in the mood to work?
