I'm studying for my finals too !! Everybody here take care of your health and stay hydrated. You can't focus on your studies if your health is lacking so don't sacrifice that. And just know you've got this. I believe in you. Trust yourself!!

I'm really grateful that I've found your channel. The quality in general is impeccable, and the backgrouds and lights are always soothing. I usually watch the videos with the lofi version when i'm working, but since I need to concentrate to read my book for the night, it's a better option to just have sounds but no music. Gracias a este pomodoro he podido concretar que mi atención se mantiene durante 40 min, después necesito un pequeño descanso. Los últimos 10 min de cada sesión se me hicieron eternos porque no conseguía concentrarme, así que los dediqué a una tarea más liviana. Os recomiendo cronometrar cuanto mantenéis la atención y la concentración al máximo, y una vez os distraigáis, paráis el tiempo. Así conseguiréis vuestros propios tiempos pomodoro :)
