Getting a snowstorm up here in south Michigan, then sub zero for a few days. Then we’ll be out on the ice getting bluegills, shellcrackers, crappie!!

Some of the best catching comes off the ice, I don't think these kids know anything about that. Someone should sponsor them to come up and check out the industry. I would bet it would tickle them all the way from tip-ups to vexilars. But their fishing makes me jealous.

I For One, Am A Huge Fan Of The Grit Stick !!!! I Have Several Of Them From The Smaller Ones To The 7Ft & They Are Some Of The Most Underrated But Dependable Rods & Reels You Can Get For The $$$!!!! I've Caught Some Really Decent Fish & Some Really Big Catfish On Them & Combo'd With Other Rod & Reels As Well. Dang #Cole 😮 Lost a catfish pole And then stepped on the other one. I’m so sorry that happened to you. 😟 I enjoyed the two two hours of fishing. #Cypress sure had fun. Baby #Summer probably loved being rocked gently in the boat in your belly. Gee I loved carry my growing babes in my belly. Shame at 73 I can’t feel life in my belly anymore. Enjoy it girlfriend. Years for sure has Wing’s 🦋 I know she’s had her first Christmas now. So you see how time indeed has wings 🦋🛶🎣🎣

Great video! Love panfishing out off the kayak! Not affiliated at all, but may I suggest a Yak Line Stringer. It works great and keeps my fish alive all day till I’m done fishing and ready to get off the water. I’d link the website if I knew how but you can google the name to find it. You can take like a bungee cord or to hook to the catfish rods as a back up. That will buy you more time to grab the rod.

Ok thank you I was thinking 6’6 perfect I just purchased the 8’ medium with the mid rubber grip but thinking now it’s more for a boat even though I haven’t used it yet I’m still ice fishing can’t wait for try it and I love the videos keep them coming pan fishing is my favorite 👍
