Love it when they hit baits falling, wonder if slip cork would have produced? At any rate gotta try the Panorama baits.

The fish vote with their fins ! The slabs have more to say about what’s good and what isn’t. 13” and up are the voters who have the say-so for what’s the best bait. Water clarity, temperature and lure color(s) along with lure size will help you define lure preference and with presentation will fill a stringer or fish basket. A cast net can help you identify the live bait selection and you can determine what to try for a lure.

Those Panorama's look great but for the cost I'll stick with the Crappie Magnets. They are by far the best fish catching bait for the money!!!! For the 50 packs it's about .12 each bait, and they flat out catch fish!!! I've had the thought many times, why do I keep buying different baits for more money when the Crappie Magnet is the best bang for you buck and catches more fish (in my experience) than all of the others I have tried.

I just got my order from Discount Tackle yesterday and I'm completely stocked with the new Zman Micro Shad Fryz and new Zman Micro jigheads made for them. I also got restocked with Missle Baits Ike's Swim jigs & Mini D Chunks. They were awesome last year but I ran out from breakoffs. Anyway, this video was a good one!!! You started out like some of my outings, but you came back and made a great day from the crappy start,....no pun intended. I love the Panaramas!!! I'm now getting a feel for these micro baits from Zman. I'm going to be targeting my favorite lake this year now that it's entering it's it's second year since all the construction. Yes sir I'm going to be concentrating on Lake Poinsett!!! It's been a good recovery and the fish are getting well acclimated with the full lake. It's going to be time to see how it has recovered. Get a hold of me and we'll put together a visit if you wish?? Poinsett is gonna be really good this year

You have fished this particular body of water a number of times and always seem to do quite well. Makes me wonder. Why are there never other people fishing this location? Is it a private location where you need permission first or some other answer? Just curious.

What size jigheads were you using on both jigs? I typically like using 1/16 so I can get a little more distance especially in windy conditions.

I would have liked to see you cook up that buffalo. Rib him out! Buffalo ribs out of cold water and fixed right are as good as anything you can eat. White meat and no trashy taste. Look it up because there is a few things to do when cleaning but well worth it. I’m a crappie guy but love those Buffalo ribs.
