I have never seen anyone more dedicated to their channel and fishing . JJ has two little ones to care for with everything that goes with it . Aches ,pains , stress . It’s amazing she can show up at all .

Watched almost every video on this channel and still never get bored of it. I remember seeing the video when you two first got the news they were going to drain the pond and I felt so bad for both of you.

Now’s the time you children should be out planting water loving trees, like there’s some kind of pine or similar that was used for boat building. Of course Cypress, but get plenty of Mayhaw. Makes the best jelly I ever had, made by mother. I did order some were apple. Blueberry, other would been better. Build a levee by your property. There’s a term for it, but pile logs up, even rotting, then throw some dirt on it, or intermittently at each level. Then plant some mayhaw on it, where unlike wood chips, it doesn’t suck the nitrogen out. You’ll have a good windbreak too. Talk to the National Arbor Day Society, they might send you at least ten trees. Which it’d help the kids fish from the dock as well!

Being you handle snakes, would you consider hooking one with a hook toward the front and a hook towards the rear? I’ve seen water explode where water shot up at least 10’ when a cottonmouth was slowly strolling through cat tails. It was probably a mudfish or a bass, which people have found snakes in basss belly. One fellow in Ruston, La. made the paper as he was bit from a cottonmouth the bass had swallowed, I mean you’ll stick bream and minnows, why not use a snake?

Since the lake is draining,why don't you keep the fish ,to keep them from perishing?That is the civil thing to do. So why release them.Save them from perishing eat them. That's inhuman. I watch your blog all the time but ,if you keep releasing those fish in a draining lake ,You lost a subscriber.

hey cole you still on lake conway ? How the heck are you getting you canoe out to the water? I recall when they drained nimrod getting out to the water was interesting in a very sticky muddy sort of way.

Why not half hour to 1 hour videos.
