Trying to relax to this beautiful tank, but RU-vid has seen fit to put an ad every ~4 1/2 mins. Hard to get into a groove with that. But I do love seeing this tank - you did such an amazing job on it and your plants look so healthy and robust.

Looks really good, but you might want perhaps to consider how filter output and limited open space is discouraging shoaling, some medium fish might encourage the tetras, with a bit more open space and less concentrated current to swim in a shoal around the tank. I think that is one reason why the admittedly overused , island arrangement, is popular with tetra tanks. Only a suggestion or two, your work is fantastic and much appreciated. You have done a great job on what was a quite tired large aquarium, and tetra species just are so good. Rosy barbs might help to control the BBA and might also help encourage shoaling by your small tetras, though Rosy barbs are a bit over active in some ways for a truly relaxing tank, especially when spawning!

Would you consider uploading an un-cut tank build? Large or small does not matter to me. I’m just curious what the whole process looks like for you.
