@wolverinefan99 yeah, thats part of it. Its hard to explain this noise, but it has a direct link to the pineal gland , which produces the joy sensation

I can picture myself being in the sea or on the beach. On the beach I am currently being bombarded by meteors. In the sea I'm being mauled to death by sharks. HOW IS THIS SWEET?!

if you toned down the mid ranges then that would be now called grey noise which is probably more relaxing than brown noise. Its ironic that white noise has a flat spectrum and therefore should seem most soothing but it isn't because the human ear; picks up more of the mid-range frequencies more than the rock equalizer low bass and high treble so having a u shape is better and ironically flatter acoustically for the human ear. Test these noises on dogs and see which sounds they bark at or agitate

Lot of anger here for something that is presumably supposed to reduce stress. The use of this sound is all in your perspective. I can picture myself in an airplane lav, standing in front of an industrial fan or in a cave waterfall.

@idkyetdou this isnt white noise.. this is probably grey/brown noise. White noise is different.
