Let's take a look at two, yep two, incredible display tanks at Aquamarine Aquaristic. From a 7ft peninsula filled to the brim with Goni and SPS through to a SPS dominated 3 meter (ten foot!) long system - there is plenty to see and admire at Aquamarine Aquaristic.

Hi Parker! Can you or can you have your guest explain what happens to the water quality as it passes through each stage of the sump/refugium system and their reason for the way their sump is set up? Thanks great content always look forward to your next episodes

Thank you!!! I will do, but there is usually a few things that happens: 1. Mechanical filtration (socks or rollers) 2. Protein skimmer (removes organics) 3. Refugium (removes more organics) 4. Chemical filtration (targets things like phosphate with GFO) 5. Return - pumps water back to the display!

Not infection, the bacteria Their stomach produces helps with acropora supposedly ill find the link

They are just some cheap temp gauges from ebay, they are not 100% accurate but quite noticeable for staff as we work past on our checks
