Ravioli Shells:
1 cup full fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
Ravioli molds we used: amzn.to/3LSUY5U
Spray with oil, put a couple of tablespoons of the cottage cheese mixture in each mold. Bake for 12-13 mins at 350 degrees.
I would suggest using a drier filling than we did but here the filling we used:
8 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
10 ounces spinach, cleaned and trimmed
1 large egg
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
