Probably the best thing i have herd you say. I need to do things around my own place. Your home and farm need to be towards the top of your priorities. Good job Chris !!!!
Had markers but he did'nt have time to stop and adjust them. There isn't a straight row in any of these fields. Most farmers at least try to plant accurately because it makes later jobs like spraying or side dressing easier and less corn run over.
What a bunch of negative keyboard warriors who know jack shit about farming in the real world, leave Duffy alone, if he fucks up it’s his doing, he doesn’t need tits like you lot picking on him, try saying nothing if you can’t say something constructive ffs 🤦
I’ve also had those dejavue moments up to ten years in advance. Creepy, but has saved me more than once from serious danger. I was really worried about your late planting and I think after seeing the last two videos that your corn looks good considering all of it. I want you to be successful but, sometimes I think you take the hard way around from past videos this year. I don’t comment much on your channel, just needed to get this off my chest.
Yep I've had them...hiked up a mountian once in my teens and the whole place looked familar...had never physically been there before but knew everything about the entire area somehow...even freaked out the people I was with lol
By the way, I love all the experts and judgmental people in the comments, I am so happy they are there to watch and tell you everything you need to do or should do!
Don't get stuck, Chris, lol. Corn looks good. Farming life is great ant it .hay done thanks to Aaron and his hay equipment .keep up the good work, my friend.
Don't know if it was just the signal to me, but I had several times during this video where the video froze, but the audio continued, then the video jumped. Worried about the combine, encourage you not to leave it too long.
I thought that was the only person that had them dreams I haven't had one in quite a few years now but when I was younger I used to having quite often kind of glad I'm not the only one
Any bails from behind the house? Or did you not bail that grass. I guessed, but included the other grass you mowed that day by the house as well. Oh well.
Gotta agree with grumpy all you guys encourage him to keep doing stupid shit i mean it does make gor good content i enjoy tuning in to see what stupid shit he is gonna do next seriously keep the tractor at one speed and pick one tow to stay in instead of bouncing between rows
@@alvinbecker7619 Almost every video there's a breakdown or some issue and that keeps his followers coming back to see. Otherwise its kind of boring watching a truck haul shit all day long. Remember he's a "RU-vid" farmer.
I planted several varieties of sweet corn and one is in flower and tassel it is mid chest on me and was just knee-hi by the 4th I am in Westeren Washington.
Your place should come first and worry about helping the others second then you would have your spraying done on time and you would taken time to adjust markers to plant more efficiently but of course it’s all about the gram
Some of that corn was pushing the max height for glyphosate. When corn gets too tall you risk the plant aborting the ear. We were in the same boat due to wet weather. Luckily our pre emerge chemical worked well
With Roundup Ready 2 corn you can broadcast up to the V8 stage or 30 inch tall which ever comes first then after use drop nozzles. Don't think he used any residuals.
From what I can see from your picture on the video, it’s nothing that will happen to every cornfield you always the bottom leaves will die off, and it could be because the heat all the rain. A lot of things could cause don’t worry about.
Chris are there govt. grants you could tap for some of your farm projects.? Yenko has no thumbs but I swear he gives you the middle paw when you kid him of no thumbs 😂😅
I,m not sure a pressure washer is good idea on radiator, ac condensor, hydraulic cooler.compressed air with a air nozzle are your best bet for blowing out dust and debris from your radiator.
He needs a lot more than 10 with the silage in towers 10 won't eat that fast enough to keep it rotting as you feed. If he can't buy calves he needs custom raise dairy heifers and board dairy dry cows for the winter. You make as much doing that as buying 60-70 feeder steers right now at the crazy prices they're at
My dad and my grandmother both had and have dreams that come true thankfully i dont. Its a curse really they have had dreames come true a bout some horrible things
@ofpminkfarms0709 it's some of that "flex" hybrid. Don't like jack shit beside it. It's stingy with its real estate. Makes 1 ear. Over hear and 1 over there
Ur probably thinking of what u going to do when u wake up,never shutting off,so ur dreaming..i used to.Retired now. 10 yrs.still wake up at 4.but ,can go back to bed
@@kenhill7105 prob wouldnt of run down anymore corn than he did. He coulda throttle jocky more to destroy that sprayer. He just talked about the manuel fold boom how it wasnt as great as one last year. Be thankful someone seen you werent gonna spray your corn so they lend you a sprayer to beat up. Then i think you better drone spray to save corn stalks lives. CLM " corn lives matter
Slow down and pay more attention to your spraying I watched you run more corn than you should. And never run in a guess row. NEXT YEAR PLANT IN THE DAY LIGHT.
Non-farm people that watch this should know that most farmers at least try to plant accurate straight rows. Less corn run over when doing spraying and other jobs later. With the field conditions and the way these fields were planted was going too fast and running down corn was unavoidable. All that bouncing around it's a wonder that sprayer held together. Should be a little more careful with other peoples equipment.
@@DLH-Farms You're not the owner and the owner doesn't mind, because he knows Chris will fix it for him or he wouldn't lend it to him, not all people are like you.The owner usually laughs at people like you.
@@martincassidy682 Typical non-farmer response from a loyal follower of the "RU-vid" farmer. You must have missed the quick half assed sprayer pump fix that still leaked afterwards. He said he's renting not borrowing it so maybe the owner will get some money for repairs. Go watch some real farmers on RU-vid.
